I needed gold electrodes once so I spent $20 and bought a small gold piece
from a metal dealer and just pounded it into the proper shape. Pure gold is
very soft and malleable….perhaps you can do the same with platinum…
It worked for me…try that approach.

Yeah this sounds great. If anyone has an extra couple of pounds of platinum
just lying about I’d like some too.
